I am a Customer Experience Designer with over 20 years of helping Fortune 500 companies and startups. I enjoy leading innovation efforts using my User Experience Design Skills, prototyping skills, and business savvy to identify new product opportunities. I especially enjoy doing Usability Testing in the Wild as I believe this is the new frontier. So much of my life has been spent helping people be productive in the workplace, but now I want to help people have more fun. Scuba diving and anything outdoor is up for discussion. I always want to learn about new great dive sites or hiking trails.
