Sara is a graduate of Colorado State University (B.A. in Speech Communication, Broadcasting). She has worked in sales, marketing, quality assurance, training, and fundraising for more than 20 years. Her experience in the music business dates back to 1990 when she worked as as an intern at KTCL 93.3 FM in Fort Collins, Colorado, but her deep-seeded interest took root long before that. Sara was studying album covers and memorizing song lyrics before she could read and she was delving deep into liner notes and studying industry relationships before she could drive. Sara has a wealth of business experience and works with musicians to optimize their career through sound business practices. She specializes in developing strong branding for musicians, as well as overall business strategies. She founded the Staging Youth Showcase, working closely with regional musicians to mentor high school students in the ways of the music industry. Sara is also an avid music enthusiast and artist.
