Rob Dunn is a Fort Collins resident as well as a Bay Area CFO and startup advisor. He will present a sample operating plan and give a short summary on the importance, purpose and advantage of developing a plan for your company. An operating plan covers staffing, expenditures by department, revenue projections, cost of revenue, cash consumption, financing, and debt financing. Rob has two and a half decades worth of experience with venture backed SAAS/software companies from getting them off the ground to successful exits including the recent sale of a company to Google.
